This Imperial Gose delivers an exuberant sensory profile, elevating the traditional style into a robust, fruit-forward experience. An intense aromatic burst of fresh Raspberry and tropical Passion Fruit is sharpened by the zesty, lime-like brightness of Calamansi. The creamy malt base, bolstered by the 8% ABV, is smoothed by a subtle infusion of Vanilla that provides a silky sweetness to counter the assertive lactic tartness. While the fruit dominates, the finish is grounded by a distinctive Sea Salt tang and floral Coriander, creating a mouthwatering, complex balance between savory, sweet, and sour elements.

Appearance. Deep magenta to reddish-pink color (SRM 15-20 from fruit); opaque and thick with a moderate, pink-tinted head that shows reasonable retention for a high-ABV sour.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of ripe raspberry and pungent passion fruit; secondary citrus notes of calamansi and a floral, spicy coriander hint. A gentle vanilla sweetness masks any harsh acidity, while the bready malt remains in the background.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, refreshing tartness from raspberry and lactic acid. The mid-palate is filled with tropical passion fruit and citrusy calamansi, balanced by a silky vanilla sweetness. The finish is dry to off-dry, featuring a lingering sea salt character that enhances the fruit flavors. Very low hop bitterness with no perceptible hop flavor.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, creamy body with a plush texture from the heavy fruit addition and vanilla. Moderate carbonation with a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. The salt provides a tingly, mouthwatering sensation on the tongue.
