This modern interpretation of a German Pils delivers an elevated hop profile powered by a Slovenian trio. Styrian Kolibri introduces delicate notes of blackcurrant and elderflower, while Styrian Bobek and Styrian Celeia provide a refined layer of lemon zest, pine, and floral spice. A lean, doughy malt base supports the intense hop character without overshadowing it. The experience is defined by a brilliant clarity and a crisp, assertive bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Refreshing and sharp, it captures the classic lager soul while pushing the boundaries of traditional hop intensity through its unique aromatic complexity.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity floral and herbal hop character. Distinctive notes of blackcurrant and lemon peel are supported by a low grainy-sweet malt presence. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial light doughy malt flavor is rapidly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors of spicy herbs and subtle citrus oils from the hop trio dominate the mid-palate. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a faint minerality.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing without any harshness or astringency. Very light alcohol warmth despite being slightly above traditional strength.
