Norm Brewing – Northern Lights: Northern Lights is a DDH Triple New England IPA showcasing an intense blend of Rakau, Nectaron, Rakau Sub Zero, and Citra. Rakau leads with concentrated notes of apricot, plum, mango, pear, and other stone fruits, delivering deep, rounded fruitiness. Nectaron adds a bold wave of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple, amplifying the tropical character. A touch of Citra brightens the profile with additional tropical nuances. The result is a powerful, fruit-forward TIPA with a clean, explosive aroma and a richly saturated hop expression.
