Norm Brewing – Eclipse: Eclipse is a 7% DDH IPA brewed with a two-hop combination from two hemispheres: Eclipse from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Eclipse contributes sweet mandarin notes, zesty citrus peel, and hints of fresh pine. Nelson Sauvin brings its characteristic gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc grape profile, adding aromatic depth and a bright, fruity edge. The result is a juicy and expressive IPA with a slightly elevated strength, delivering a clean balance between citrus richness and the distinct white-grape character of Nelson Sauvin.
