Designed as a refreshing Australian Sparkling Ale with a modern tropical twist, this collaboration between Nomad and Bruce Dickinson bridges heritage and innovation. It features a robust hop profile driven by Australian and American varieties that introduce vibrant tropical fruit notes to the traditional pome fruit esters of the style. The malt base remains clean and grainy, allowing the hop-derived citrus and stone fruit to shine against a backdrop of firm, peppery bitterness. High carbonation provides a spritzy, mouth-filling effervescence, leading to a bone-dry, crisp finish that demands another sip in the Australian heat.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approximately 6 SRM) with a tall, frothy, and persistent white head. It exhibits high effervescence and is typically served cloudy with a visible yeast haze.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean, balanced mix of pear and apple esters alongside modern tropical hop notes of pineapple and citrus. A low grainy malt sweetness is present, occasionally accompanied by a very light yeasty sulfur note.

Taste. Initial mild, grainy malt sweetness is quickly balanced by a medium-high bitterness that rises mid-palate. Hop flavors are a mix of tropical fruit, resin, and a peppery earthiness. The finish is highly attenuated, resulting in a crisp, dry, and clean aftertaste with lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with very high carbonation, creating a prickly, mouth-filling carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no perceived alcohol warmth.
