This jasmine-infused German Pils presents a delicate fusion of Old World structure and contemporary flair. The addition of rice provides an exceptionally light, crisp foundation, while the jasmine infusion offers an elegant floral perfume that complements the signature noble bitterness. Modern New Zealand hops introduce a vibrant layer of lime and subtle tropical fruit, elevating the traditional spicy lager profile. Despite its lean body, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance between grainy Pilsner malt and a firm, dry finish, resulting in a highly refreshing, aromatic lager with a clean, minerally bite and an evocative botanical character.
Appearance. Straw to very pale yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity floral jasmine notes dominate, supported by New Zealand hop characteristics of lime zest and green melon. Low grainy-sweet malt and neutral rice notes are present alongside a clean lager fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial light crackery malt and neutral grain are quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors of jasmine tea and citrusy New Zealand hops lead into a bone-dry, crisp finish. Bitterness is medium-high and lingers cleanly into the aftertaste with a floral snap.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a brisk, high carbonation. Refreshing and sharp without being harsh; no alcohol warmth is perceived.
