This celebratory Wild Specialty Beer captures the essence of a Victoria Sponge cake through a sophisticated sensory lens. The experience begins with high-intensity aromas of jammy Strawberry and Raspberry, seamlessly integrated with the sweet, aromatic lift of vanilla. A specialized grist of Barley and Oats provides a distinctive doughy, "spongy cake" foundation, creating a lush and indulgent aromatic profile. On the palate, a vibrant lactic tartness balances the velvety sweetness of Lactose, preventing the concentrated berry preserves from becoming cloying. Despite its 8% ABV, the alcohol provides a well-integrated, gentle warmth that carries the decadent, fruit-forward finish.

Appearance. A vibrant, opaque ruby-red to deep pink hue. Pours with a moderate, pink-tinted frothy head that exhibits fair retention and light lacing.
