This Rye New England IPA, a collaboration between Nano Cinco and Perspective Microbrasserie, showcases a rich, pillowy texture derived from the use of flaked and malted Rye. A tri-national hop selection of Eclipse, Citra, and Superdelic drives a vibrant sensory profile defined by zesty lime, succulent mango, and sweet mandarin orange. The rye addition provides a subtle peppery depth that balances the intense tropical fruitiness. With its opaque appearance and velvety mouthfeel, this Specialty IPA offers a sophisticated interplay between spicy grain character and modern hop aromatics, delivering a well-rounded and aromatic experience designed for a smooth finish.

Appearance. Deep straw to hazy gold; opaque and murky with a thick, persistent, creamy white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring prominent mandarin, lime zest, and ripe mango. A supportive, light spicy and earthy note from the rye malt is evident, alongside a clean, doughy malt base and low fermentation esters.

Taste. Leading with a burst of tropical mango and bright citrus zest. The malt profile is bready and soft, immediately followed by the signature spicy and slightly peppery flavor of rye. Hop bitterness is moderate and smooth, providing balance without being sharp. The finish is juicy and slightly off-dry with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
