This vibrant Berliner Weisse bursts with an intense, candy-like sourness reminiscent of sour pineapple hard candy. Massive aromas of fresh, ripe pineapple dominate the nose, seamlessly supported by the tropical fruit nuances of Galaxy hops. On the palate, a bracing, clean lactic acidity delivers a sharp, tongue-tingling sensation that is beautifully balanced by a soft, bready wheat malt backbone.
