An enticing Hazy IPA showcasing a brilliant interplay of American and German hop artistry. Visually striking with its hazy, golden-yellow hue, it unleashes an aromatic explosion of tropical richness and bright citrus. The distinct influence of Citra BBC drives intense notes of exotic passionfruit and juicy grapefruit, while Mandarina Bavaria contributes sweet, vibrant mandarin orange and soft herbal undertones. On the palate, this sensory journey translates into a luscious, tropical-fresh flavor experience. Extremely smooth and gently creamy, its soft body delivers a modern, juice-like character with a highly restrained bitterness, finishing with clean, fruity elegance.
Appearance. Golden-yellow color (approx. 5-6 SRM) with a prominent, dense, and rocky white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick lacing. The beer exhibits a uniform, opaque haze with a bright, attractive shine, completely free of visible yeast clumps or particulate settlement.
Aroma. High to very high intensity hop aroma bursting with ripe tropical fruits and bright citrus. Prominent notes of sweet mandarin orange, passionfruit, mango, and pink grapefruit dominate. The malt character is subtle, clean, and bready, serving as a neutral backdrop. Fermentation is clean with supportive, light tropical esters and no distracting yeast or alcohol notes.
Taste. An immediate wave of intense fruity hop flavors featuring juicy mandarin, tropical citrus, and sweet stone fruit. Malt flavors are low and present as a soft, bready, doughy graininess. The bitterness is low to medium-low, exceptionally soft, and devoid of any harsh grassy or astringent bite. The balance is heavily hop-forward, leading to an off-dry, incredibly smooth finish with a lingering tropical-fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy, and soft body with a highly pleasing creaminess that avoids being cloying. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth texture rather than a sharp bite. There is a very gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth that supports the medium-full body without any harshness or hot finish.
