The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.

Tynt Meadow is brewed with English barley and hops, using an English strain of yeast. It is twice-fermented, with the first fermentation taking place in the tank, and the second in the bottle. It should be stored in a cool, dark, quiet place.

De monniken hebben de voorbije jaren de nodige werkzaamheden verricht en voorbereidingen getroffen om alles ter plaatse te kunnen doen. Brouwen, bottelen en inpakken gebeurt door de monniken.Sinds 17 september 2018 hebben de monniken bij Tynt Meadow het ATP label verkregen waardoor ze officieel de twaalfde trappist mogen brouwen.Tynt Meadow is een sterk donker bier met een alcoholgehalte van 7,4%. Het bier heeft een geur van chocolade en vijgen, en heeft een volmondige smaak met licht bittere afdronk. Kenners herkennen ook nog toetsen van zoethout en peper.
