The sensory experience opens with an explosion of ripe stone fruit and tropical pineapple from the Nectaron, supported by the classic resinous pine and grapefruit notes of Centennial. Mosaic adds layers of dark berry and dankness, while Citra contributes a bright lime zest. Built on a clean foundation of 2-row malt, the beer maintains a lean, dry profile that emphasizes firm bitterness. This powerhouse remains remarkably drinkable, finishing with a lingering, clean resinous snap.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant, clear deep gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of peach and nectarine from Nectaron, alongside grapefruit, pine, and blueberry. Background malt is neutral and grainy-sweet from the 2-row base. Fermentation is clean with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a punch of tropical and stone fruit flavors followed by a firm, resinous bitterness. Mosaic provides complex berry notes while Centennial and Citra deliver sharp citrus and pine.
