This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey, led by an innovative hop profile featuring Elani, Nelson, and Mosaic. The experience begins with a striking opacity and a luminous golden hue. Aromatics are intense, showcasing Elani’s signature bright tropical fruit, zesty lime, and delicate white peach, harmonizing with the complex berry and stone fruit notes of Mosaic and the distinct vinous qualities of Nelson. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body delivers a juicy explosion of fruit flavors with minimal perceived bitterness. Despite its medium-full mouthfeel, the finish remains remarkably crushable, balanced by a clean, bready malt backbone that allows the hop-forward character to shine.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with an orange-gold hue; opaque haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring bright tropical fruit, lime zest, and white peach from Elani, complemented by Mosaic’s berry and stone fruit. Nelson adds a refined white wine and gooseberry character. Low, bready malt presence in the background with clean fermentation esters.
