Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and completely opaque. A thick, persistent dark tan head leaves viscous lacing and visible legs on the glass, signaling high gravity and oil content from the cacao.
Aroma. High intensity with a dominant profile of fresh-roasted Colombian Supremo coffee and bittersweet Costa Rican cacao nibs.
