Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow (3 SRM). Distinctly cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow glow from suspended starch and yeast. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready malt and light hints of honey. Dominant notes of perfumy, lemony coriander blend with zesty, sweet orange citrus. A light spicy-herbal background exists, though hop aroma is absent.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Malt flavors are bready and grainy, complemented by moderate orange-citrus fruitiness. Subtle herbal-spicy coriander notes are balanced and integrated. Bitterness is low, providing support without being harsh. Finishes dry and clean.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture from the use of wheat. High carbonation creates a lively, effervescent prickle. Refreshing and light with no alcohol heat or astringency.
