Caletera - Volaera
Caletera es la esencia de nuestra cerveza, como el nombre dice hemos derivado el nombre de nuestra querida playa y más emblemática la “Caleta de Cádiz”.
El nombre “Caletera”, literalmente, viene del significado de barco que caletea, esto quiere decir, barco que para en todos los puertos en su camino, y algo así queremos que represente nuestra cerveza, que pare en todas las ciudades y pueblos para repartir su intenso e inigualable sabor, procedente de ingredientes naturales y haciendo que la cerveza artesana “made in Cádiz” se abra paso.
Somos MCJ Cerveceros Portuenses una empresa que se lanzó al mundo de la cerveza artesana y se embarcó en este proyecto con mucha ilusión. Se empezó fabricando la cerveza en casa y probando mil y una recetas, hasta que se decidió montar nuestra primera y actual fábrica artesana, en la que trabajamos con mucho cariño y mimo para hacer nuestra cerveza 100% artesana y 100% gaditana, nuestra “Caletera”.
Una cerveza que elaboramos siguiendo la ley de pureza alemana de 1516. No se filtra ni pasteuriza para que conserve todas sus vitaminas y evitar pérdidas de aromas.
