Maximus Brouwerij Fat Cherry (Barrel-Aged)

The Fat Cherry Barrel Aged van is a special and complex cherry beer of high and wild fermentation (6%), brewed in 2016 and aged in whiskey barrels for 24 months. The beer is finished after a short post-fermentation on fresh fruit Bottled November 13, 2019 and available in 75 cl bottles, in a limited edition. This beer won the silver medal in the 'innovation / special' category at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2020.
