Appearance. Deep golden to light amber (8-10 SRM). Generally clear to slightly hazy with a persistent, off-white, frothy head and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced notes of passionfruit and peach from Galaxy hops, complemented by the sweet berry and mandarin citrus of Eclipse. Moderate bready and biscuity malt presence provides a solid base, with low yeast esters and a hint of herbal pine.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant but balanced. High hop flavor featuring tropical passionfruit, stone fruit, and bright orange. Firm bitterness provides structure without being harsh.
