This Hazy IPA delivers a profound sensory profile anchored by a 50% oat grist composed of Malted Oats and Flaked Oats alongside Extra Pale Premium Pilsen malt. Driven by WLP077 yeast and advanced hop products, the nose explodes with intense passion fruit from Galaxy and sharp grapefruit from DynaBoost Citra. The YCH303 blend, incorporating Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo, introduces deep berry layers and complex tropical highlights. Lactose adds a subtle vanilla-like sweetness that integrates with the hops' juicy character. The mouthfeel is exceptionally silky and plush, showcasing a medium-full body and restrained bitterness that allows the vibrant, biotransformation-driven fruit flavors to linger cleanly on the palate.

Appearance. Color is straw to deep yellow (SRM 4-7); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.
