Just For Your Interest is a sensory-forward Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend. A bright explosion of citrus and tropical fruit leads the profile, driven by the iconic Citra and Azacca hops. High-toned lime and lemon zest notes from Motueka interplay with the peach-like stone fruit of Triumph and the dank, resinous pine of Simcoe. This intense hop character is supported by a lean, neutral malt base that keeps the focus on the resin and spice of Exp 13459. Despite its 8.8% ABV, the finish is crisp and dry, highlighting a firm but smooth bitterness that defines the style.

Appearance. Deep gold with light orange-copper highlights (7-8 SRM). Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves fine lacing. Shows a slight haze consistent with heavy dry-hopping additions.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, bright lime zest, and grapefruit. Supportive notes of stone fruit and crushed berries are grounded by a resinous pine and subtle spicy undertone. Malt character is clean, neutral, and grainy in the background, with a very light fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of pineapple, citrus peel, and zesty lime. The malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft, bready foundation. Bitterness is moderately high and firm but remains smooth without harshness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a long, lingering hoppy aftertaste and a clean alcohol presence.
