Lubrow Brewery’s Azedo-Frutado! is an effervescent Catharina Sour that masterfully balances a sharp lactic tang with lush tropical intensity. The profile is headlined by the zesty, citrus-forward aromatics of Mandarine, which seamlessly integrate with the pungent, exotic perfume of Passion Fruit. This Wild Specialty Beer presents a clean fermentation profile, free of funky esters, allowing the vibrant acidity to sharpen the fruit character. A delicate wheat backbone provides a light structure, though the experience remains focused on a crisp, dry, and highly refreshing finish.
