This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory payoff, delivering an intense citrus-forward profile driven by a double dry-hopped addition of Cashmere and Mosaic hops. The aroma leads with bright lemon zest and lime from the Cashmere, supported by the complex tropical fruit and subtle berry notes of Mosaic. Visually striking with a luminous haze and a dense, meringue-like white head, the palate follows with lush flavors of tangerine and stone fruit. A soft, pillowy body provides a smooth foundation, while the restrained bitterness ensures a refreshing, juice-like finish. It is a modern, hop-saturated experience that captures the rewarding brightness of its namesake.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Features a medium to large, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring prominent lemon, lime, and melon from the Cashmere hops, layered with Mosaic's tropical fruit, berry, and stone fruit notes. Malt is low and clean, providing a light bready or grainy background without caramel or toast. Fermentation esters are neutral to fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with notes of citrus peel, peach, and tropical fruit. Malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, serving as a soft platform for the hops. Bitterness is low to medium-low and very smooth, lacking any harshness or grassiness. The finish is off-dry to medium and exceptionally clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no astringency or harshness, and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
