This Pastry Session Sour showcases the vibrant sensory profile of a Wild Specialty Beer through a bold infusion of pink guava and ripe strawberries. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruit nectar and red berry sweetness, underpinned by a clean, lactic tang characteristic of a controlled wild fermentation. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing acidity provides a crisp counterpoint to the creamy, residual sweetness imparted by lactose. The guava lends a musky, exotic depth that lingers alongside the strawberry's brightness.
