Le BockAle Météorite is a refreshing, non-alcoholic take on the classic Weissbier, artfully infused with litchi and clementine. It presents a vibrant sensory profile where the traditional weizen yeast characteristics of soft clove and subtle banana meet an explosion of tropical and citrus fruit. The addition of litchi lends a delicate floral sweetness, while the clementine provides a bright, zesty acidity that complements the bready, doughy wheat base. Effervescent and light-bodied, this brew offers the complexity of a German wheat beer with a modern, fruit-forward twist, finishing clean and crisp with an impressively dry profile despite the absence of alcohol.
Appearance. 2–4 SRM. Pale straw to light gold with a distinct haze and a persistent, moussy white head that leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity featuring dominant notes of sweet litchi and zesty clementine. Underlying these are classic weizen yeast esters of banana and phenolic clove, supported by a moderate grainy, doughy wheat malt character.
Taste. An initial burst of tropical litchi and bright citrus clementine transitions into a soft, bready wheat malt core. Hop bitterness is very low, allowing the fruit and subtle clove fermentation character to lead. The finish is relatively dry and crisp, with lingering notes of citrus peel and floral fruitiness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly fluffy texture from the wheat grist. Carbonation is high and spritzy, providing an effervescent, refreshing quality. There is no perceived alcohol warmth.
