This elegant Witbier presents a unique Trappist take on the style, relying on the vibrant character of Saphir hops rather than traditional spices. It pours a cloudy, light-blonde hue beneath a sturdy white head. The aroma is refreshingly bright, weaving together bready wheat malt with prominent notes of peach, apricot, and citrus. On the palate, a smooth maltiness is balanced by a light, thirst-quenching acidity and a lively, tingling carbonation.
