This Gose presents a vibrant, refreshing profile defined by a spirited alliance of citrus and spice. A base of Pilsner and wheat malt provides a soft, bready foundation for the sharp, zesty brightness of lime. The addition of Aji Amarillo peppers introduces a distinctive tropical fruitiness and a moderate, well-integrated heat that complements the beer’s lactic tartness.
