Java is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that bursts with tropical and botanical energy. A brilliant fusion of passion fruit, blood orange, and hibiscus creates a multisensory experience. The aroma leads with intense tropical passion fruit and zesty citrus, supported by the floral, cranberry-like notes of hibiscus and a sharp, clean lactic acidity typical of the style. On the palate, the blood orange provides a juicy mid-section, while the hibiscus lends a delicate tannic structure that reinforces the bone-dry, refreshing finish.
