This Hazy IPA pours with a vibrant, opaque glow, leading with a saturated bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit. The expert use of Mosaic hops introduces deep layers of blueberry and ripe papaya, while Motueka contributes a distinctive bright lime zest and crushed citrus character. The palate is defined by its juicy nature, featuring a soft, pillowy texture that carries flavors of mango and stone fruit across a neutral, bready malt base. With a restrained bitterness and a smooth, off-dry finish, the beer emphasizes hop-derived complexity over sharp edges, resulting in a lush and approachable drinking experience.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, meringue-like white head with dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of blueberry, papaya, and lime zest. Background notes of bready, grainy malt with subtle peach-like fermentation esters; no caramel or hop grassiness.
Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of tropical mango, lime, and berries. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never harsh; finishes off-dry with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste.
