The result is a vibrant, deeply expressive, and highly attenuated masterpiece with a refreshing, tart-edged finish.
Appearance. Deep golden to amber-orange with a slight, yeast-induced haze. Pours with a moderate, white head that dissipates to a thin collar, leaving light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Rich, concentrated aromas of dried apricot and fresh stone fruit dominate, accompanied by a complex web of wild funk—damp hay, leather, and mild earthy barnyard notes. Subtle woody oak and a faint acidic sharpness round out the bouquet.
