Presented as a Saison but adhering to the sensory profile of an Ordinary Bitter, this collaboration utilizes estate malts and hops from the Full Circle Beer Project. It exhibits a brilliant pale copper color with a fine white head. The aroma features moderate bready and biscuity malt, accented by light caramel and earthy, floral hop notes. On the palate, a firm bitterness leads into a dry, clean finish. While named for the Belgian tradition, the flavor profile remains focused on British-style drinkability, with the 5% ABV providing a slightly more substantial presence than typical session-strength bitters.

Appearance. Pale amber to light copper color (approximately 8-14 SRM). Displays brilliant clarity and is topped with a low to moderate white head.

Aroma. Moderate bready and biscuity malt aroma with a faint caramel quality. Mild fruity esters are present, alongside a moderate earthy and floral hop character. No diacetyl is perceived.

Taste. Moderately high bitterness is balanced by a bready and lightly toasty malt profile. Low hop flavors of earth and resin transition into a decidedly dry finish. Fruity esters remain low, and the aftertaste is characterized by a clean, lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Though technically a session style, the 5% ABV provides a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any astringency.
