This Triple Dry Hopped Double IPA is a sensory collision, led by a staggering 35 grams per liter of Enigma and Ekuanot hops. It delivers a punchy aromatic profile where malt is intentionally relegated to the background, showcasing the vibrant, nuanced character of the hops. Expect an explosion of tropical fruit, red currant, and melon, anchored by subtle citrus and herbal undertones. The collaboration between La Pirata, Edge, and Garage creates a modern take on the style, emphasizing hop saturation and aromatic intensity over malt complexity, resulting in a bold, hop-forward experience with a clean, dry finish.

Appearance. Gold to pale orange (7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a large, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma; prominent tropical fruit, melon, and berry notes from Enigma, complemented by lime and herbal spice from Ekuanot. Malt is very low, providing a neutral, grainy background. Clean fermentation with a subtle hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Dominant hop flavor mirroring the aroma with tropical fruit and berry-like notes. Bitterness is high but well-integrated and not harsh. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, resembling clean cracker or neutral grain. The finish is medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture despite the heavy hop load. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth; no significant hop-derived astringency.
