This powerful Brut IPA presents a sophisticated sensory journey that belies its 10% ABV. The aroma is high-intensity, offering a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruit and elegant floral notes that intertwine with a subtle hint of sticky resin. On the palate, the experience begins with a deceptive roundness and noticeable alcohol warmth before quickly transitioning into a parade of bright hop-driven fruit flavors. True to its designation, the body is remarkably light and effervescent, stripping away residual sugars to achieve a bone-dry, crisp finish. With very low bitterness, it emphasizes a clean, Champagne-like character that prioritizes delicate aromatics over structural harshness.
Appearance. Pales straw to light gold (2-4 SRM); brilliant clarity with high effervescence. Large, white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring primary notes of pineapple, white grape, and melon with a distinct floral backdrop and a soupçon of resin. Minimal malt presence, appearing only as a faint cracker-like note. Clean fermentation with a noticeable but well-integrated perfumy alcohol presence.
