Appearance. Very pale straw (SRM 2-3) with a significant milky, opaque haze. Features a dense, moussy white head with moderate to good lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a perfumy, zesty lemon and orange fruitiness. A distinct herbal, spicy coriander note is present, backed by low grainy-bready wheat malt and a faint hint of vanilla sweetness. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is fruity and zesty, dominated by sweet citrus and lemon zest. A pleasant bready and grainy malt flavor provides a soft middle.
