Das Bonifatius Dunkel der Klosterbrauerei Weißenohe wurde bereits vor mehreren hundert Jahren als stärkender und kräftigender Trunk für Reisende im Kloster ausgeschenkt. Ein dunkles Bier, welches von einer karamellfarbenen Schaumkrone bedeckt wird. Der Gaumen erfreut sich über ein kräftiges und malzaromatisches Bier. Ein uriges dunkles Landbier nach alter und klösterlicher Braukunst.

Weissenoher Bonifatius Dunkel es una Munich Dunkel. Una cerveza de campo oscura cuyo carácter tradicional se destaca por su alto contenido de extracto primitivo de 12,6 %

Elaborada solo con malta oscura en un complejo proceso de maceración. Robusta en el paladar pero realmente fácil de beber, con un amargor adecuado y un agradable aroma tostado.

Excelente para los amantes del estilo.

A strong, but tasty dark country beer whose traditional character is underlined by its high original wort content of 12.6% (export beer!). Brewed only with dark malt in the elaborate mashing process. Strong in the trunk, adequate bitterness and a pleasant roasted aroma.
