Kings & Daughters Brewery Greetings From Belmont Station

5.3% We couldn’t feel more honored to have been asked to make an Anniversary beer for Belmont Station’s 26th Anniversary. We love soft IPA (obviously) and so do they and as such we knew we had to make a special rendition. So we decided to experiment because it’s what we love to do! Utilizing all the tools available to us to enhance free thiol creation (without adding thiols directly) we created this bright tropical (papaya, guava, pineapple) and sweet fruit forward, with a background of mint, Soft IPA.   Featuring Mosaic & El Dorado Incognito, Citra LupoMax, Galaxy, Simcoe Cryo and Sabro … oh and a lovely batch of Cascade from Hollingbery in the Mash.
