Come ormai sappiamo Brauerei Kemker ha sempre un occhio di riguardo nei confronti delle birre storiche del territorio e delle materie prime locali, che siano frutti, erbe o spezie.
Per questa ragione ha ideato una linea di 4 prodotti, 4 come le stagioni in un anno: Inverno, Primavera, Estate ed Autunno.
Si tratta di una linea di Grut realizzati mediante l’utilizzo di erbe spontanee raccolte nei dintorni della fattoria nei periodi in cui la natura si manifesta.
Hiarfst viene prodotta con aggiunta di erba palustre denominata Gagel.
Anche il Gagel è sempre stato utilizzato storicamente nella realizzazione del Grut!
Birra molto complessa ma allo stesso tempo dalla gran facilità di beva.
Sentori di arancia, resina, buccia di pompelmo, erbe aromatiche e legno.
Anche questo Grut fermenta e affina in botti ex vino rosso!
