Dubbelporse è un esempio di Grut eccezionale realizzato in collaborazione con Gruthaus Brauerei!
Il Grut è una birra non luppolata, al suo posto infatti vengono utilizzate erbe aromatiche locali che donano amaro e aromi molto eleganti ed unici.
Questa pratica era utilizzata costantemente prima che il luppolo sostituisse quasi del tutto tali erbe.
Dubbelporse nello specifico è una sour ale prodotta secondo la ricetta originale della città di Munster, un tempo patria del Grut.
Le erbe utilizzate sono: cumino, ginepro, Myrica e un pizzico di luppolo!
Esplosioni di aromi floreali, balsamici, pepati ed erbacei, note intense di scorsa d’arancia, il tutto accompagnato da una rusticità da cantina senza fronzoli ed una leggera acidità che salta fuori grazie all’invecchiamento in botte di 10 mesi!
Ottima bevibilità, rinfrescante, un prodotto unico da bere per vivere un’esperienza sensoriale e culturale notevole!
