Creemos que las grandes cosas tienen un comienzo, y nuestra meta era clara: Hacer la mejor cerveza que sea posible, mejorando todo el tiempo procesos y calidad. Meta que nos ha llevado casi 5 años realizar.
Nuestro nombre busca hacer honor al "Jade", que es una piedra preciosa considerada en algunas culturas una piedra más valiosa que el oro, y los artesanos que labraban esta piedra eran considerados verdaderos artesanos. Creemos que estos valores se transmiten en nuestras cervezas, al buscar la pureza y calidad de ingredientes.
El agua de manantial que utilizamos, pesada y rica en minerales es una de nuestras cualidades más importantes, además de los ingredientes adicionales que utilizamos en nuestras diversas recetas como miel, tequila, café, entre otras.
Deseamos que nos acompañes en esta aventura y disfrutes beber nuestras cervezas tanto como disfrutamos nosotros hacerlas.
