Appearance. SRM 6-8. Deep gold to light orange. Opaque and hazy with a dense, persistent white head that leaves heavy lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by dominant tropical fruit, specifically ripe mango and peach. High citrus notes of clementine and orange zest. Low, neutral, bready malt in the background with a clean fermentation profile and smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of tropical fruit nectar and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Low, supportive, clean malt character. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of citrus rind and resinous hops.
