This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a vibrant sensory explosion of tropical and stone fruits. Intensely aromatic, it leads with the pungent, musky sweetness of guava, closely followed by the delicate, floral notes of ripe peach. The addition of lemon provides a bright, citrusy backbone that sharpens the overall profile. At a sessionable 4% ABV, the fermentation character provides a clean, lactic tartness that balances a subtle, residual sweetness from the fruit additions. The experience is highly refreshing, blending the wild fermentation's acidity with a complex fruit medley to create a zesty, invigorating, and fruit-forward profile perfectly suited for warm-weather sipping.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale golden-orange with a faint pinkish tint from the guava and peach. Features a moderate, frothy white head with fair retention that leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical guava and stone fruit peach notes are immediate. Secondary aromas of zesty lemon peel and a clean, sharp lactic acidity. Malt character is neutral and low, while hop aroma is absent. Subtle earthy funk from the wild fermentation.

Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing tartness. Pronounced flavors of tropical guava and succulent peach are bolstered by a crisp lemon acidity. The balance is slightly tart but offset by a hint of fruit sweetness. Hop bitterness is very low to nonexistent. The finish is clean, fruity, and moderately dry.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, effervescent carbonation that tingles the palate. No alcohol warmth is perceived at this ABV. Very low astringency from the fruit skins and a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel.
