This Hazy IPA showcases a sophisticated international hop profile, blending New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka with German Callista to create an intensely fruity sensory experience. The aroma is a vibrant bouquet of crushed white grape, pungent mango, and soft peach. On the palate, these hop-derived flavors are bolstered by a gentle, grainy-sweet malt backbone that provides a selymes, creamy texture. The beer is characterized by its profound, opaque haze and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that suppresses harsh bitterness in favor of a smooth, juice-like finish. It is a harmonious expression of modern hopping techniques, delivering a lush, nectar-like complexity.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine; tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of ripe mango and passion fruit from Riwaka, complemented by Nelson Sauvin’s signature white grape and gooseberry, and Callista’s delicate stone fruit. Background malt is clean, bready, and neutral; fermentation esters are supportive and fruity.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of peach, mango, and tropical citrus; low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low grainy malt sweetness provides balance. The finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any hop harshness or astringency, with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
