This collaboration Kölsch presents a vibrant, sensory-forward twist on the Cologne classic. The pour is brilliantly clear and light gold, crowned by a delicate white foam. On the nose, a clean, grainy-sweet malt base provides a canvas for subtle apple and pear esters, noticeably elevated by the dry-hopping process which introduces more pronounced floral and herbal hop notes than traditional examples. The palate offers a soft, rounded mouthfeel with a gentle bready malt sweetness transitioning into a crisp, dry finish.
