This Hazy IPA presents an intense, tropical sensory profile led by a sophisticated hop blend of Kohia Nelson, Nectaron, and Idaho 7. The aroma is a vibrant explosion of passion fruit, white grape, and crushed pineapple, supported by the soft, bready sweetness of Heidelberg malt, wheat, and oat flakes. Fermentation with London Ale III yeast provides a subtle peach-like ester profile that amplifies the juicy stone fruit character. On the palate, a velvety, pillowy mouthfeel carries flavors of ripe nectarine and citrus pith toward a smooth, off-dry finish with restrained, well-integrated bitterness that ensures high drinkability.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, hazy shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring gooseberry, white grape, and passion fruit. A supportive, soft, grainy-sweet malt backbone is present without any caramel or toast. Estery yeast character adds a light peach and apricot note.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of nectarine, mango, and pink grapefruit. Low to medium-low grainy malt flavor. Perceived bitterness is moderate but masked by the soft body, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with no harshness in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very low alcohol warmth and completely free of astringency or raw starch sensations.
