Hop Hooligans Keeper of the Vines

Quite a think tank with so many people involved. Big brain time. Brasserie Zythologist and Maktoob have proved as valuable lab partners in this new endeavour, cooking up a juicy thiolized TDH double IPA that juggles with a lot of processes and protocols. 👨🔬🔎🧪 For KEEPER OF THE VINES we used Hop Unlock yeast, a thiol-releasing monster that, nudged with some Phantasm Powder and the right juicy hops, managed to yield a truckload of delicious fruitiness. Hard to miss with fan favourites like Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Riwaka. 🫶 It's packed with obvious musty white grape, overripe gooseberry, ripe mango and persimmon, soft lashes of funky guava and carambola, white peach and cherry plum, zesty lime, with tutti frutti bubblegum notes riddled by some green, spicy lupulin powder. 🥭🍑🍍🍋🟩 Keep your eyes on this one. It just might surprise you. 👀🫵
