TERNION is a powerhouse Double IPA that showcases an intricate hop architecture. At 10% ABV, it leads with an intense sensory bouquet driven by Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, offering layers of ripe passion fruit, gooseberry, and distinct crushed white grape. The addition of Super Sauvin and Krush amplifies the tropical profile with notes of guava and mango, while Sabro introduces a subtle, creamy coconut undertone. Despite its strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a clean malt backbone and a balanced, firm bitterness. It finishes dry and vibrant, echoing a complex melange of New Zealand and modern American hop character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing; slight haze is present, common in modern hop-forward versions.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (guava, mango), gooseberry, and white wine grapes. Supporting notes of berry, citrus, and a whisper of coconut. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background. Clean fermentation with a smooth, restrained alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of passion fruit, crushed grapes, and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but smooth and devoid of harshness. Low, clean, supportive malt character with minimal caramel. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
