Pentecost is a fresh Spring Saison brewed with Lyon and Francin Pilsner, Monica malted oats, and Cashup white wheat supplied by our friends @lincmalt . It was hopped in the kettle with Sterling, Saaz, Styrian, and Spalter Select. Grapefruit peel and coriander were added during the whirlpool and it was then transferred through Cascade and Citra whole leaf hops on the way to the fermenter.
