Herforder Pils offers a classic German Pils experience, presenting a clean, expressive profile driven by traditional German noble hops. The nose opens with a prominent bouquet of spicy and herbal hop notes, backed by a subtle, sweet doughiness and cracker-like character from Pilsner malt. On the palate, a crisp, clean fermentation profile supports a harmonious, slightly emphasized hop bitterness that lingers gently into a dry, refreshing finish. This light-bodied, sparkling lager beautifully balances a refined, moderate bitterness with a delicate, grainy-sweet malt backbone, epitomizing the highly sessionable, refreshing nature of a traditional German Pils.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (approximately 3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a thick, dense, creamy white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderately high aroma of spicy and herbal hops, with a light floral undertone. Supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet Pilsner malt character reminiscent of fresh crackers. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean, devoid of yeast esters or diacetyl.
