This traditional Ordinary Bitter offers a quintessential session experience, defined by its light, thirst-quenching frame and locally sourced Sussex ingredients. On the nose, Golding hops provide a delicate floral and earthy spice, complemented by the subtle citrus and resinous notes of Admiral hops. The malt base is distinctly bready and biscuity, reflecting the use of high-quality Sussex malted barley. A firm hop bitterness anchors the palate, leading into a crisp, dry finish with light fruity esters. Appearance. Pale amber to light copper in color. Features brilliant clarity and a low, creamy off-white head with moderate retention.
