Hazy IPAs are a great style to showcase hop flavors. Fresh Hop Hazy IPAs, even more so. For our Mid Season Fresh Hop Hazy IPA we wanted tropical fruit flavors and plenty of it. We started with a big load of fresh Simcoe Hops from Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA. Next, some El Dorado, Cashmere and Simcoe, then finished the whole thing off with a ton of fresh Citra hops from Roy Farms in Moxee, WA. We got tropical fruit…and then some. Who knew this much fruit could come from a little green hop cone? Well, our local farmers knew, now you will too.
