This British Brown Ale, crafted in collaboration with Purtse Pruulikoda, presents a refined, sessionable dark profile. The sensory experience is anchored by a malt bill featuring Chocolate malt and caramel-forward grains, yielding notes of toasted nuts and light cocoa. Despite its deep mahogany hue, the beer remains light and easy-drinking on the palate. A delicate layer of cherry emerges primarily in the finish, offering a subtle, natural fruit tartness that complements the earthy hop character. It balances traditional British malt complexity with a modern, fruit-infused twist, maintaining a clean, off-dry, and highly approachable character.
Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark brown (33 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a moderate, creamy light tan head that shows fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring sweet malt aromas of toffee, toasted hazelnuts, and a touch of light chocolate. A subtle, natural cherry note provides a fruity lift without overpowering the earthy, floral hop background.
